Newberry Manor

The Newberry Manor Bed & Breakfast and Events Venue is located minutes from Downtown Newberry and Newberry College. Classified as a historical establishment, the Manor was built in 1895 and has only had a few owners in the 125+ years of its existence.

The current owners, innkeepers Warren and Joy Sheppard, have opened their home to the community. The couple has always loved the feel of old architecture and dreamed of opening a bed and breakfast for years.The dream became reality!

The Manor is filled with original pieces from the first owner who lived in the home, as well as vintage pieces found by the Sheppards. Each suite is touched with a theme related to the title, such as the Royal, the Victoria and more. The Manor has several levels and consists of several rooms, which will keep guests entertained for the duration of their stay. The library, the parlor and several sitting areas throughout the home provide locations for quiet conversation or book reading.
