Hello Oktober!

Oktoberfest 2019--full of food, fun, and meeting new friends! We had a blast spending the day downtown getting to know you guys. If you didn't make it, that's okay! Here's the rundown of how it went:

We started out early setting up our tent in front of Standard on Main, and we were so excited to get to know more of our community--face to face. Just as people began to arrive, we started playing music and walking around to say hi. The party had officially begun!

After you guys looked around a bit and got some of the awesome food at the square, we started playing games as you walked our way, and you were welcome to join in on the fun! Minute-to-win-it challenges, dance-offs, yoga competitions, and so much more. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

Meanwhile, I'm sure you saw some of our team members walking around handing out flyers and business cards. They should've looked a little something like the two in the middle below. If not, that's okay, too! We'll leave some information for you to find out more!

As the day came to close, we got ready to pack up our stuff and reflect on how wonderful our community is. Oktoberfest is always a great way to bring our community together, which is exactly what Newberry Now wants to do, too. We want to provide a network for everyone to stay connected, be informed, and get involved! Thank you, Newberry, for a great day.
